It's like having a life.

So I had class tonight, which was good, I'm hanging out with Georgia and some girls we don't know tomorrow night, Wednesday night is free improv that my teacher is in, and Saturday is Katy's play. I'm busy! Hahaha. And I just made custard.

Dinner and a birthday party.

First couple are clearly me, Liz, Kit, and Grandma Thorn (Kit's grandmother). And then the birthday party at Annie's apartment. Yay for fabulous apartments and booze.

For Allison.

I am updating for the sole purpose of Allison. I love her, and I don't have anything really interesting to say right now. I'm about to head out to Park Ridge to see Liz, Kit, and Kit's grandma. And Chili's. Mmmm Chili's. I have this funky taste in my mouth, I've brushed my teeth a couple times, might be from whatever I drank last night but hmm I dunno. I will take pictures of the amazing dinner, post them when I return, and then go off for a night of inebriation and cake. So you all have that to look forward too, how special for you.

Job cunt.

Well, I applied for a job at Nationwide Video, and I hope that if I get it that I won't do anything stupid like make Suzy regret ever knowing me, won't let you down Sooze! Of course i have to get the job first. Fingers crossed!

Sketchy drunk.

So last night I decided to go to an improv and sketch comedy show at Second City that my friends and classmates are in, went with Katy, another friend and classmate. Before leaving the apartment though I thought it wise to bring a water bottle of vodka and other things, very old school for me. Very smart of me because I stayed warm and wasn't, I don't think, obnoxiously drunk during the show. I did stumble out to go to the bathroom, and I don't think I disturbed the show, I'll have to ask Katy though. After that we went to a bar across the street and then Katy took me home kindly stopping at McDonald's for me and then I came in watched 'Little Miss Sunshine' again and then watched a bunch of 'House' and sort of fell asleep and dreamt weird things. Not very interesting but I'm thinking I'll do some painting tonight so you can have something beautiful to look at.

Zombez.

I had a zombie dream. It was zombies + Six Feet Under, weird. But one part was very fun, I was on a lake and I was half machine, jet ski to be specific. The lake was like a giant trampoline as well, I would start jumping on the water and I would get up so high and then come down and land underwater, it was awesome and not at all scary. But then there were all these zombies, and it was just so scary, that sort of frantic feeling of being in this small house with all these zombies and running away get out the door oh my god there's more outside get to the lake and eat some fish. That's all for now.

Posting a complaint.

Lisa doesn't post enough, I'm winning the competition that she didn't even know we were having.

Heroes that don't do anything and in fact have no real power.

So I've been watching 'Heroes' lately, delightful show, gave me a horribly frightening nightmare a couple days ago, but that's ok, I've since forgiven it. However, last night, I had a dream that resembled the ensemble element of that show and that the ensemble of special people (which included me) was trying to get something done. But the only thing we really managed to 'accomplish' was finding this awesome water slide and riding down it with cute babies. What the fuck.

RE: 'nice hat bitch' comment by lisa

YOU GAVE ME THAT HAT. And I love it. Everytime I wear I think 'I'm so happy that I have the type of best friend that gives me stuff like this that I would never acquire on my own, boy am I grateful and undeserving of such friendship'. So yes, it IS a nice hat, thank you Lisa. I love you more than words, my words.

Cupcakes!

So I made the chocolate cupcakes I linked to earlier, except I made some without coconut frosting, I'm gonna do the other half with coconut in a bit. Yay for completely homemade cupcakes, batter and frosting made by me! And they're delicious!

Adventures!

Greetings!

Picture post! First up make-up/drinking extravaganza with Sooze!

Extravaganza over! Snowy walk to Clarke's!

Well yay.

Today after class, a very great class, life decided to give me $20. I said sure thanks. Woo 20 bucks!

Nothing so sweet as the sweet taste of fried bologna.

Mmm, success. Though it looked bleak at first as I struggled with humility to open the new bag of bread. It can be tricky. But I tore that plastic wrapping a new opening and got my bread. So I'm gonna enjoy this deserved reward and watch Deadwood, and maybe gussy up or at least clean up for class. Later ya'll.

The point of my chest.

Lisa very crudely requested in the comments to give what I gave in the second posting. I feel so cheap.

Anyhoo, I woke up at like 10am, panicked for a second, thinking that it must be like 3:30 which would make me late for class at 4. But instead, I was allowed to sleep in, which was nice because while I get plenty of sleep these days, very rarely do I have that 'oh but it's so comfyyyyy' feeling and urge to not get out of bed, today I did. I'm very hungry, and I turned on the tv for some companionship but it's something awful like 'The Steve Harvey Show'. I think I'll change it to something much more vulgar and pleasant, Deadwood.

Well, now that that's done. I have to tackle preparing some kind of food. Cupcakes sound good, but impractical because that would take forever in terms of the amount of time I have. This summer in Scottsdale, a Sprinkles cupcakes shop coming to town. And then hopefully not long after, Chicago. I need to get some more eggs because there is a cupcake recipe I would very much like to attempt.

Looks delicious huh? But right now, I think I'll have a fried egg and bologna sandwich, nice.

I give the people what they want.

Booya!

This is Lisa's fault and her problem.

Every now and again I get the urge to write a blog to keep my friends, and family, updated on the overly exciting day to day life of me, and when I don't get sufficient feedback and encourage to keep it going I sent yet another blog off to the blog heaven. So, read this, a lot. And I in turn will make it worth your while.
